Final Version 1.0 — approved 1 September 2026 · effective/publication date: 7 September 2026. TraqsIQ and TraqsIQ DG are operated by Makin Traqs. Approved for and on behalf of Makin Traqs, trading as TraqsIQ, by Jacqueline Feher, Director, on 1 September 2026. External legal review is not claimed.

Plain boundary. TraqsIQ provides software and reference-oriented decision support. It is not a regulator, certifier, carrier, dangerous-goods consultant or legal adviser.

Using TraqsIQ

You may use TraqsIQ products only for lawful purposes and only with information you are authorised to handle. Keep your account details secure, check information before relying on it, and do not use the service to avoid a required approval, inspection or qualified review.

TraqsIQ DG

TraqsIQ DG provides dangerous-goods search/reference, temporary load drafting, document-assisted extraction and review-oriented tools. Features may be limited by account access, subscription state, network availability, device permissions or the current review status of a dataset or rule.

Not a compliance guarantee

TraqsIQ DG is reference and decision support only. It is not a substitute for the Australian Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road & Rail (ADG Code), a qualified reviewer or your own operational obligations. The app's output is not a regulator-approved compliance certificate.

Drafts and review boundaries

Any temporary load draft, placard suggestion, compatibility check, generated EIP or assisted extraction is a draft for review. Ambiguous inputs or missing information trigger fail-closed behaviour and require manual review. You are responsible for the final check of any document or load.

Availability

TraqsIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without uptime guarantees. Functionality, reference data and feature access may change as the product is developed. The operator is not liable for interruptions, connection failures or offline limitations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Makin Traqs and its directors, operators and service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, operational delays, fines or compliance penalties arising from your use of or inability to use TraqsIQ products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the resupply of the service or the cost of resupply.

Changes and contact

If approved, updates may be published at this canonical URL with a new content version or the actual live-publication date. For the current support path, see Support.
