Delete your account

Content version 1.0 · Effective date: 7 September 2026 · Canonical URL: https://traqsiq.com.au/delete-account

Approved scope. This page explains the deletion action that exists in the shipped app. It clears app-owned local state and server records before deleting the Clerk account. It does not promise deletion of provider-controlled billing records. TraqsIQ and TraqsIQ DG are operated by Makin Traqs. Approved for and on behalf of Makin Traqs, trading as TraqsIQ, by Jacqueline Feher, Director, on 1 September 2026. Effective/publication date: 7 September 2026. External legal review is not claimed.

For signed-in users

  1. Open TraqsIQ DG and go to Settings → Your account.
  2. Choose Delete my account in the Delete account section.
  3. Confirm the destructive prompt and keep the app connected while the request completes.
  4. Wait for the app's confirmation. If the request fails, do not assume the account was deleted; try again with a connection.

The action first verifies the signed-in request, deletes account-owned structured SDS records and clears app-owned local state, then calls the Clerk account deletion capability and signs the user out after all of those steps succeed. It is a genuine deletion action, not a deactivation control.

Apple and Google users

Apple and Google users should use the same in-app deletion action. If a user cannot sign in or cannot open the app, email traqsIQDG@makintraqs.com. Controlled inbound delivery and outbound sending have been verified for this mailbox.

Deletion and retention boundaries

  • Account-associated data is removed from the active TraqsIQ application database when the verified request completes, and no later than 30 days unless legally required for longer.
  • Temporary load drafts, connote sessions and applicable entitlement/reviewer caches are cleared from the device as part of confirmed deletion.
  • Residual provider-managed backups may remain until removed through Replit's backup lifecycle, legal requirements or operational retention processes.
  • TraqsIQ cannot directly erase an individual record from an immutable provider backup. If backup data is restored, it remains subject to the deletion record and must be deleted again where applicable.
  • API diagnostic metadata is retained for 30 days under Replit's documented production deployment-log retention period.
  • Apple or Google store billing records and RevenueCat provider records remain subject to provider-controlled retention and are not represented as deleted.
